Your Rights, Obligations & Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j18800 ("the Platform", "j18800", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the j18800 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at j18800.pro and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services.

j18800 is an international online gaming platform operating under applicable international licensing frameworks. The platform is made available to eligible Pakistani players who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement. By creating a j18800 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.

These Terms should be read alongside the j18800 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of j18800 immediately.

Use of the j18800 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j18800 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited under this Agreement and under applicable law. j18800 may request age verification documentation at any time, and any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and any funds returned subject to verification.
• You are accessing j18800 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from j18800 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of j18800 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access the full range of j18800 services, including live casino games, sports betting markets, and the PKR wallet, you must register a single account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at j18800. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or SMS 2FA purposes), and a valid email address. You must notify j18800 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j18800 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person.
• j18800 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from j18800 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• j18800 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe the account holder has provided false information, is acting fraudulently, or is in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

j18800 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally available payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer, as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your j18800 wallet instantly, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect. j18800 does not impose a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission during business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. j18800 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of deposit method ownership.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible.
• j18800 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a responsible gaming review where patterns of play give rise to concern.
• Balances that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule, which is available on request from [email protected].

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on j18800, including PSL cricket markets, T20I and ODI international cricket markets, and all other sports and event categories available on the platform.

• All bets placed on j18800 are final once confirmed. j18800 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable pricing error has occurred, as determined solely by j18800.
• In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, j18800's sport-specific settlement rules shall apply. Stakes on voided markets will be returned to your wallet balance.
• j18800 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or refuse a bet on any selection at its sole discretion, including on accounts that have demonstrated consistent patterns of winning through advantage play.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at j18800's discretion. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled according to the outcome at the time of the relevant event.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from a bonus that is subject to wagering requirements will be settled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms set out in Section 6.

For casino games, including live baccarat, roulette, and all slot titles available on j18800, the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel. j18800 does not alter RTP settings from those certified by the game provider.

j18800 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this general Section 6 in the event of a conflict.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: j18800 permits a maximum of one active bonus per player account at any given time unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: j18800 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts for bonus farming purposes.
• j18800's Discretion: j18800 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is discontinued before a player has been able to complete wagering requirements, j18800 will provide reasonable notice where operationally practicable.

j18800 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. The platform provides every registered player with a suite of tools designed to support healthy gambling habits, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion functionality. These tools are accessible within your j18800 account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Limits: You may configure maximum session duration limits to manage the time you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from j18800 for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is active, j18800 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent your access to the platform and will refrain from sending promotional communications to your registered contact details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j18800 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• Creating, operating, or using more than one player account on j18800, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interface to interact with the j18800 platform, including for the purposes of placing bets or exploiting game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion in connection with any market available on j18800.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any j18800 game or system. Any winnings arising from an exploited error will be voided and the account suspended pending review.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any form of financial crime in connection with your j18800 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j18800 staff, other players, or any third parties in connection with your use of the platform.

All content on the j18800 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of j18800 or its licensed content providers and game suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j18800 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any j18800 content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of j18800's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j18800 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

j18800 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. j18800 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but makes no guarantee in this regard, particularly in respect of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated player account subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your j18800 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any remaining balance (net of any non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
• j18800-Initiated Closure: j18800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if continued operation of your account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to j18800.
• Upon termination for breach, j18800 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, j18800 may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

j18800 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j18800 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on this page.

Your continued use of the j18800 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a closure request as described in Section 11.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the current revision. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request from [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint and escalation process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
